You've been told the 3pm crash is normal. That waking up tired after 8 hours of sleep is "just part of getting older." That the weight that won't move no matter what you cut is "just menopause," "just stress," "just life."
Common doesn't mean normal.
Your blood sugar is talking to you all day, every day — in your energy, your cravings, your sleep, your mood, your waistline. Most people never get to hear what it's saying. For the next 30 days, you will.

This isn't a meal plan. It isn't willpower. It's data.
You'll wear a continuous glucose monitor — the same medical-grade technology used to manage diabetes, now available to you as a prevention tool — for the full 30 days. Two sensors, back-to-back, no gaps.

You eat and live exactly as you normally do. No changes. We just watch. This is where the "aha" moments live — the "healthy" snack that spikes you for two hours, the stress at work that moves your glucose more than dessert does, the night you slept badly because of what you ate at 6pm.
Now we act. Targeted, personalized changes based on your data — not a generic protocol pulled off the internet.
We lock in what worked, so this isn't a 30-day experiment that evaporates on day 31. It's the start of how you eat for the rest of your life.

I spent a decade working in long-term care before I ever opened my own practice. That decade is the reason this challenge exists.
I watched, up close, what happens when metabolic decline goes unmanaged for too long — the diagnoses, the complications, the moment "just a little tired" becomes something much harder to reverse. Most people offering a 30-day wellness program have never sat with that outcome. I have. That's exactly why "common doesn't mean normal" isn't a slogan to me — it's something I watched play out for years before I built London Wellness around catching it earlier, in people who still have every chance to change the outcome.
Before any of that, I started as a personal trainer in New York City, finishing my master's in Clinical Nutrition at NYU between client sessions — which is where I first learned that behavior and biochemistry have to be understood together, not separately.
I've been a Registered Dietitian for over 28 years now. Along the way, I kept going back for more training — functional medicine included — because the standard toolkit wasn't enough to explain what I was actually seeing in the people in front of me. That search is what became the REVEAL, REWIRE, REINFORCE framework this challenge runs on.
I don't do this because it's trendy. I do it because I've seen where the other road leads, and I built my entire practice to make sure fewer people end up on it.

You're a fit if you:
Are tired of guessing why your energy, weight, or mood don't add up
Want to take a proactive approach to your metabolic health — before a diagnosis forces your hand
Are ready to make decisions based on your data, not someone else's meal plan
Want real support — a live coach and a community, not an app you abandon in a week.
This challenge is not appropriate for
Individuals currently using a CGM under medical supervision for diabetes management
Anyone requiring more than 500 units of insulin per hour
Those with an MRI, CT scan, or diathermy treatment scheduled during the 30 days. Certain medications (including hydroxyurea and high-dose acetaminophen, vitamin C, or aspirin) can affect sensor readings.
History of disordered eating or health-tracking anxiety? Please reach out before registering so we can talk through whether this is the right fit — your wellbeing comes first, always.

You're exactly who this challenge was built for. Most of our participants have never worn a continuous glucose monitor, and that's the point: you're about to see, in real time, how your body responds to the food you eat, the sleep you get, the stress you carry, and the way you move. We walk you through everything, from applying your sensor to setting up the app to reading your data. No guesswork, no tech expertise required. We make it make sense.
Insurance typically covers the FreeStyle Libre only for people managing diabetes, so most participants should plan to pay out of pocket for their sensors, and the coaching portion of the challenge is not billed to insurance. The FreeStyle Libre requires a prescription, and [explain how participants get it: e.g., "we'll coordinate the prescription with you during onboarding" OR "you'll need to request one from your physician; we'll give you a simple script to make that easy"]. You'll need two sensors to cover the full 30 days. Many people are able to use HSA or FSA funds, so check with your plan administrator.
You're not alone, and this is one of the most common questions we hear. The FreeStyle Libre sensor is about the size of two stacked pennies and sits on the back of your upper arm. The applicator places a thin, flexible filament just under the skin, and the needle that guides it in retracts immediately, so nothing sharp stays in your body. Most people describe it as a quick tap, and many don't feel it at all. You'll apply a new sensor halfway through the challenge, and if you'd like support, [we can apply it together during your onboarding call OR you're welcome to come into our Sarasota or Lakewood Ranch office and we'll apply it with you].
Yes, and we want you to. This challenge isn't about pressing pause on your life; it's about learning how your real life affects your metabolism. Your sensor is water-resistant, so you can shower, sweat, and swim, staying within 3 feet of water for no more than 30 minutes at a time. Traveling? Keep doing it. Walking through standard airport metal detectors is fine, but full-body scanners are not, so simply ask TSA for a hand screening instead. And eat the foods you normally eat. Your everyday meals are where the most valuable insights come from. There's no restriction here, only discovery.
You'll walk away understanding your body in a way most people never do.
